Our story

A small studio, a quiet idea

We started Valtoranyzxul in a Yaletown coworking space in 2021, after sketching well-being habits on receipts for three years. We wanted a journal that respected attention as much as it respected data.

What we believe

Awareness before optimisation

Most well-being products start with goals. We start with noticing. When you can see the shape of your week clearly, change tends to follow naturally, on your own terms and at your own pace.

Our journal is built around four simple pillars: reflect, track, rest and move. Each pillar gets a small space in your day. Nothing more, nothing pushy.

Principles

How we make decisions

Lightness

If a feature does not earn its place every day, we remove it. Calm is a deliberate design choice.

Consent

You decide what is logged, what is shared and what is exported. We do not sell or trade journals.

Patience

Helpful patterns appear over weeks, not minutes. We design for steady, honest reflection.
